Picking up registration at the event

All attendees must show a valid government issued photo ID at the registration desk in order to pick up their badge and to access the event.  Additional requirements may be in place according to posted policies such as the COVID policy found here: https://www.2022.bewhiskeredcon.org/covid-policy

In order to make this process faster, please also have your registration confirmation details either printed or on a mobile device in hand as well.

Children And Minor Registration

Registering a Child (Age 0-12)

Attendees below the age of 13 at the beginning of the convention are considered Children and must be registered for a child-level badge to attend.

The cost of a child's ticket is $15.00 and includes admittance to the convention for all three days and a poster. The supervising adult of the said child must also be registered and attend with the child. Children's tickets may not be upgraded to higher tiers.

Child registrations MUST be accompanied by an attending parent or guardian registration according to the Parental Consent section below.  The child's registration will need to be picked up by the attending parent or guardian at the event

Registering a Minor (13-17)

Attendees ages 13 through 17 at the beginning of the convention are considered Minors and should purchase normal general registration at standard pricing.  These tickets may be upgraded to higher tiers such as sponsor and super sponsor.

Minor registrations may be required to be accompanied by an attending parent or guardian registration, or a filled out and notarized form as per the Parental Consent section below.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Unaccompanied minors MUST have a valid government-issued ID in order to pick up their registration at the event.
 

Parental Consent

Children and minors below 16 years of age

Children and minors below 16 years of age require the supervision of a parent or guardian who is also a registered attendee and the parent or guardian must agree to the Statement of Parental Consent and Indemnification (Accompanied Minor) found on the registration page. (This agreement will appear and be required upon entry of the child's/minor's correct birthdate to the registration system.)

Minors of 16 or 17 years of age may either:

 * Be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also a registered attendee. The parent or guardian must agree to the Statement of Parental Consent and Indemnification (Accompanied Minor)  

found on the registration page. (This agreement will appear and be required upon entry of the child's/minor's correct birthdate to the registration system.)
 

OR 
 

* File a completed Parental Consent Form at the event registration desk if unaccompanied by a registered parent or guardian. This form must be physically filled out, signed, and notarized to be accepted.  The form can be downloaded from the PDF link below or where linked on the registration page.
