What Fursuiters Should Expect

We will gather at the designated area of the parking lot with shorter attendees at the front of the group. Remember, if you can not see the photographer, they can not see you. Parents/minor guardians, please stand at the front  with the photographers and rejoin your minor as the parade starts. During the parade we will fallow the sidewalk along the exterior of the building, enter the hotel, walk up the main hallway, and finish in the main events room. Water and long straws will be available in the main events space as well as at the group photo gathering area. If the main event space becomes over crowded we will open the fire door and allow the congregation to spill out into the grassy area outside.

What Spectators Should Expect

We request that spectators watch the parade from the exterior of the building to avoid clogging the hallways.

Inclement Weather Plan

Unfortunately there are no options for an indoor parade or large group photo at this venue. If we experience inclement weather during the group photo / parade we will switch over to a Menagerie photoshoot setup. The times and themes for those are as follows

11:00 - 11:15: Instructions / Herding Cats Time / Free to take photos with
11:15 - 11:30: Red, Orange, Yellow, Brown colored fursuits
11:30 - 11:45: Green, Blue, Purple colored fursuits
11:45 - Noon: Black, White, Grey colored fursuits
Noon - 12:15: Pride / LGBTQIA+ (rainbow colored, or folks representing the LGBTQIA community)
12:15 - 12:30: Spooky / Costumes / Halloween / Cosplay
12:30 - 12:45: DIY Fursuit (people who crafted their own fursuit)
12:45 - 1:00: Con Theme (people who purposely dressed up to match the con theme)
